About Me

My background is in media and the creative arts, but I retrained as a Hypnotherapist in 2013 after years of struggling with anxiety and depression.

In 2017 I qualified as a Reflexologist because I believe passionately in the power of touch to aid healing. Our health and wellbeing are increasingly being relegated to the bottom of our priorities as we struggle to fit everything in that we believe to be more important. As a result we're fast becoming worn out, exhausted and unhappy. 

I believe in bringing back harmony and balance to our lives and this has shaped the way I work. I believe in empowering people whether that's through hypnotherapy or reflexology.
