My Journey

After many years coping with extreme anxiety and depression, suffering miscarriage after miscarriage and 'losing' 4 years to post natal depression, I discovered hypnotherapy, reiki and reflexology began to see life differently. I learnt to see what was going right in my life and finally understood that I had the power to make more of those right things.  Through the healing of mind and body, I began to accept and to love who I was. Inspired to become a healing practitioner, I then trained as a reflexologist which allowed me to combine powerful tools to help others release the past and embrace their futures.

What I Do

There is no time like the present to put your well being first, for how can we help others when we haven't learnt to help ourselves first.

I believe in treating the whole person rather than symptoms. Every part of us is connected, from the thoughts in our head to the sensations in our bodies. So no two people are the same and neither are the treatments. I combine reflexology with reiki and occasionally hypnotherapy with reflexology in order to create a bespoke healing experience for you. 

I specialise in Fertility and Pregnancy, as well as in lymph drainage techniques.



Practiced for over 5000 years, Reflexology is a non-intrusive and gentle therapy based on the theory that different points on the feet, hands or face correspond with different areas of the body. Working these points may help relaxation and overall wellbeing.


Japanese for ‘universal life energy', Reiki is a system of natural healing, founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century.

  Reiki aims to help the mind and body regain a sense of balance and harmony  emotionally and/or spiritually. 

Reiki is not associated with any belief system.


Working with your imagination to challenge and change beliefs, thought patterns and behaviours, hypnotherapy is a gentle but powerful form of talk therapy.

Hypnotherapy can help with many issues such as anxiety, phobias, habits and conflict.
